Your details, handled with care.
What I collect, why, how long I keep it, and what you can ask me to do with it. Short, because the practice is small and so is the data.
Who is responsible

What I collect
- Contact details — your name, email and phone number, so I can confirm and prepare your session.
- Location — for treatments at your place, the address or area, so travel and the fee can be arranged.
- Health information you choose to share — injuries, pregnancy, medication or anything else relevant to how I work with your body. You decide what to tell me.
- Birth data — for astrology sessions, your date, time and place of birth, used only to prepare your chart.
- What you write in the forms — the focus of your session, or details of your retreat.
No tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no profiling. The site sets no cookies of its own.
Why, and on what basis
To provide the session you asked for, and to reply to you. That is the performance of our agreement. Health information is processed only with your explicit consent, given when you choose to share it. Invoices are kept because Portuguese tax law requires it.
Who else sees it
- Cal.com — scheduling. Receives your name, email and what you write in the booking notes.
- Stripe — card payments. I never see or store your card details.
- Web3Forms — delivers the website forms to my inbox.
- Google Meet — online astrology sessions.
Nothing is sold, rented or shared for marketing. Where a provider is outside the EU, transfers rely on the safeguards in their own data agreements.
How long I keep it
Session notes and health information: three years after our last session, then deleted. Birth data and charts: kept while you remain a client, and deleted on request at any time. Invoices: ten years, as required by law. Messages that lead nowhere: deleted within a year.
Recordings
Astrology sessions are recorded only if you ask. The recording is sent to you and then deleted from my side.
Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of what I hold, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or withdraw your consent — at any time, by email, without giving a reason. I will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
Confidentiality
What is said on the table stays there. Nothing you tell me is discussed with anyone, and no photograph or testimonial is ever published without your written permission.
