A calm room, kept well.
My studio in Portimão is a quiet, private room set up for one purpose — so that when you arrive there is nothing to negotiate and nothing to do but lie down. Soft light, warm air, no noise from the street, and time held only for you.
Hygiene
Fresh, laundered linens and towels for every single session — never reused between clients. The table, headrest and all surfaces are disinfected between appointments, and hands are washed before and after every treatment.
Comfort
A heated, padded table with a proper face cradle and bolsters, so the body can let go without holding itself anywhere. The room is kept warm, the light low, and you are draped throughout — only the area being worked is ever uncovered.
The oils
I work with organic oils produced in Portugal, made from medicinal plants of this land. Unblended, honest, and chosen for what the body needs — never synthetic fragrance. If your skin is sensitive or you prefer a specific plant, tell me and I will prepare accordingly.
All treatments,
in-house on request.
Every healing session can be brought to you — at home or your accommodation. I arrive with professional equipment (massage table, towels, oils) and create a calm, grounded setting wherever you are. In-house attendings are available across the Algarve.

When and how do I pay?
The calendar handles scheduling only. Once your time is booked I send you the exact location along with a Stripe payment link — or you can settle by Revolut, bank transfer or cash. No deposit for a single session.
What does a treatment at my place cost?
The price of the treatment plus a travel fee measured from the centre of Portimão: 15 € up to 5 km (Portimão, Alvor, Ferragudo), 20 € up to 25 km (Lagos, Silves, Lagoa, Carvoeiro), 25 € up to 35 km, 30 € up to 50 km (Albufeira), and on request further afield. The fee is per visit, so two treatments at the same address pay it once.
Is there a minimum session length for travelling?
Up to 35 km from Portimão, any single session from 60 minutes. Beyond 35 km, sessions of 90 minutes or two or more treatments at the same address.
What do I need to prepare at home?
Nothing — I bring the table, oils, towels and music. I need a clear space of about 2 m × 3 m, 15 minutes before we start for setting up and a brief intake, and 15 minutes afterwards. That time is not taken out of your treatment.
Can I move or cancel my session?
Free up to 24 hours before, and anything already paid is refunded. Inside 24 hours the time has been held and the travel planned, so I ask that the session be paid — waived whenever I can fill the slot.
What is Reiki, and what is myofascial release?
Reiki is hands-on energy work received fully clothed and in stillness, settling the nervous system out of alert. Myofascial release works the connective tissue that wraps every muscle with slow, sustained contact, waiting for it to soften rather than forcing it. Both are explained at more length in the questions.
